The service
TwelveLoop is the trading name used by Two Tapers AB, a company registered in Sweden (org. no. 559534-0133). References to "TwelveLoop", "we", "us", or "our" in these terms refer to Two Tapers AB. TwelveLoop provides AI education through two products: the Weekly Loop, a free email newsletter for leaders, and the Monthly Loop, a paid team subscription delivered as monthly training modules. These terms cover twelveloopai.com and the Monthly Loop platform at training.twelveloopai.com.
The Weekly Loop
The Weekly Loop is free. By subscribing you agree to receive one email per week. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email, and you will not be charged for anything.
The Monthly Loop, trial and subscription
Signing up starts a two-month free trial with full access, no payment card required. After the trial, it continues only if you choose to pay for the rest of the year; if you take no action, it simply ends and nothing is charged. Once a paid subscription starts, pricing is per employee per year at the rate shown at checkout, billed annually. At the end of each annual period, the subscription renews automatically for another year at the then-current rate, unless you cancel at least two weeks before the renewal date. We send a reminder ahead of the final Loop of each annual period noting that renewal is coming up. To cancel, change the number of seats on your plan, or ask a question about your subscription, email hey@twelveloopai.com.
Signing up on behalf of a company
If you sign up as a company's admin, you confirm you are authorized to enter into this agreement and to enroll employees in the Monthly Loop on the company's behalf. As between TwelveLoop and the company, the company is the data controller for its employees' personal data, and TwelveLoop is the data processor, processing that data only as needed to deliver the Loop and only on the company's instructions, as described below and in our Privacy Policy.
Data Processing Addendum
This addendum applies whenever TwelveLoop processes employee personal data on behalf of a customer under these terms. Subject matter and duration: delivery of Monthly Loop training content and progress tracking, for the life of the subscription. Nature and purpose: storing name and email, sending monthly training emails, recording quiz and completion results. Sub-processors: Supabase (hosting, EU) and Resend (email delivery, EU), we will give notice before adding or replacing a sub-processor. Security: data is encrypted at rest, and access is limited to backend functions with no direct public access. Deletion: employee data is deleted within 30 days of the subscription ending, or sooner on the customer's instruction. Assistance: we will support the customer in responding to data subject requests concerning its employees, including forwarding any request we receive directly, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this website or the Monthly Loop platform: no attempting to access systems or data you are not authorized to access, no submitting false email addresses or enrolling people without authorization to do so on their employer's behalf, and no automated scraping or spamming of our forms.
Content and intellectual property
All content on this website, in our emails, and in the Monthly Loop training material belongs to TwelveLoop. You may read and share links freely, but you may not republish, resell, or redistribute the material without written permission.

Liability
We work hard to keep the website, emails, and the Monthly Loop platform accurate and available, but they are provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, TwelveLoop is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website, our emails, or the Monthly Loop platform.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the website or the Monthly Loop platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts.
